Calculus 7E by James Stewart

Overview

We will cover Chapters 1, 2, and 3. This includes limits, derivatives, and applications.

The pace will be roughly one section per lecture. Homework will be due every Tuesday, and there will be quizzes almost every week. The lowest two quiz scores will be dropped.

Missed work policy

No late homework will be accepted. No makeup exams or quizzes, except in the case of excused absence (illness with doctor's note, etc.).

Calculators

Calculators are allowed on homework and exams. A simple scientific calculator will suffice.
