PRESENTATIONS

Below are the slides to selected presentations/talks that I’ve given:

  • Soup or Algebra? (a brief motivation for studying superalgebrass); Spring 2020 Graduate Algebra Symposium, University of North Texas.
  • All Aboard the Skein Train! (using the skein algebra to study cluster algebras); Fall 2018 Graduate Algebra Symposium, University of Texas Arlington.

CLUSTER ALGEBRAS

In Spring 2018, I took a reading course with Greg Muller on cluster algebras. These are a class of commutative algebras with an interesting combinatoric structure. I wrote a non-technical introductory note on cluster algebras which covers the content of the aforementioned reading course.

GRADUATE ALGEBRA SYMPOSIUM

I often attend and present at the Graduate Algebra Symposium (GAS). This is a grad student run conference that rotates between schools in Texas and Oklahoma. Last semester, I helped organize a virtual GAS.
