Poison Ivy (Toxicodendron radicans). When I asked my son for a suggestion for a photo on the theme of nature in Oklahoma, he suggested this. Well, why not? There's nothing more natural than tromping through the woods and coming down later with a case of poison ivy. By the way, if you think you're immune to poison ivy: beware. It's possible for people to be untroubled by it for years and then suddenly become sensitive to it. I speak from experience here. (Photo by D. Gordon E.
