Academic Misconduct: If cases of academic misconduct arise, they will be dealt with according to (rather strict) University policies. Remember that you responsible for knowing and adhering to the University guidelines for academic integrity:

Religious Holidays: It is the policy of the University to excuse the absences of students that result from religious observances and to provide without penalty for the rescheduling of examinations and additional class work that may fall on religious holidays. Please contact me well in advance if you must miss a scheduled exam or assignment due date for such reasons.

Students with Disabilities: If you have a disability that may interfere with the demonstration of your abilities, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange accomodations necessary to ensure your full participation in the course. Adjustments for Pregnancy/Childbirth Related Issues Should you need modifications or adjustments to your course requirements because of documented pregnancy-related or childbirth-related issues, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss. Generally, modifications will be made where medically necessary and similar in scope to accommodations based on temporary disability. Subject to change: The course policies are subject to change throughout the semester. I rarely do this, but occassionally there is reason to. In such cases, I will announce changes in class and post changes on the course website. You are responsible for knowing the course policies.
